titleOfInvention | DNA methylation measurement method |
abstract | Provided is a method for easily measuring the content of methylated DNA in a target DNA region possessed by genomic DNA contained in a biological specimen. A first step of obtaining a single-stranded DNA from a DNA sample derived from genomic DNA contained in a biological specimen, (i) a single-stranded DNA obtained in the first step, and (ii) a methylated DNA An antibody, and (iii) an oligonucleotide capable of binding to the single-stranded DNA without inhibiting the binding between the methylated DNA antibody and the DNA methylated in the target DNA region. A process of separating the complex simultaneously with or after forming a complex of a single-stranded DNA containing the target DNA region methylated by the above, a methylated DNA antibody, and the oligonucleotide. A method for detecting or quantifying methylated DNA having two steps or the like is provided. [Selection] Figure 1 |
