titleOfInvention | Porous material and waterproof air permeation filter using the same |
abstract | The present invention has high chemical resistance, chemical stability, water repellency, heat resistance, electrical insulation, air permeability, and the like equivalent to a conventional porous material made of a porous fluororesin. Provided are a novel porous material that is superior in heat resistance and mechanical strength as compared with conventional ones, and a waterproof air permeable filter using the porous material. In the porous material, CF bonds are introduced by, for example, exposing at least the surface of at least some of the carbon fibers constituting the carbon felt to a low-temperature plasma of a fluorine-containing gas. The waterproof air permeable filter was formed of the porous material. [Selection figure] None |
