titleOfInvention Microscope incubator
abstract An electric motor capable of suppressing cost, being compact and lightweight, capable of reducing a dimension protruding from an upper surface of a stage so as to correspond to a short focal length of a capacitor, and performing a fine operation with a weight limit. Provided is a microscopic observation incubator that can be installed on a stage and hardly causes condensation inside. A heater 25 is used for heating water in a water tank 16 and heating cells C in a dish D. Accordingly, the number of heaters can be reduced by one as compared with the conventional incubator for microscope observation, and the cost can be reduced. Moreover, the incubator for microscope observation 1 can be made compact and lightweight. In particular, since the dimension T2 protruding from the upper surface of the stage can be reduced, it is possible to cope with a short focal length of the capacitor. Furthermore, as a result of being able to significantly reduce the weight of the incubator for microscope observation 1, it can also be installed on an electric stage that performs a fine operation with weight restrictions.
