abstract | The present invention provides a sealing body for a terminal plate of electrolytic capacitors that does not cause a scrap and that can reuse an elastic material. The sealing body of the present invention used as a terminal plate for electrolytic capacitors having a laminated structure of a hard electrical insulating plate and an elastic material according to the present invention uses a thermoplastic resin as the hard electrical insulating plate 41. A thermoplastic rubber is used as the elastic material 42, and either one of the thermoplastic curable resin or the thermoplastic elastomer is injection-molded and solidified by a two-material molding machine, and then either the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomer.
