titleOfInvention | Electrode capacitor electrode material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material for an electrolytic capacitor having an unprecedented high capacitance. An electrode material for an electrolytic capacitor according to the present invention is an electrode material for an electrolytic capacitor formed by forming a valve metal particle layer having an oxide film on the surface of a substrate, the surface of the valve metal particle layer. The emissivity is 0.45 to 0.75, preferably 0.5 to 0.7, so that the particle size of the valve metal particles and the state of the void distribution between the particles are in an optimum state, which is unprecedented. It is an electrode material having capacitance characteristics. [Selection figure] None |
