titleOfInvention Degradation state detection method for storage battery
abstract DCIR used as a deterioration state detection parameter of a storage battery has a detection accuracy that varies depending on a measurement current region, and as a result, the deterioration state detection accuracy is significantly lowered. When DCIR is detected from a load current flowing through a storage battery and a storage battery voltage and a deterioration state of the storage battery is detected from the DCIR, DCIR is detected for each load current region, and DCIR in a higher load current region is detected. The deterioration state is detected in preference to the DCIR in the low load current region. However, when a predetermined time has elapsed in a state where DCIR cannot be detected in a higher current region, the deterioration state of the storage battery is detected using the DCIR detected in the lower current region.
