titleOfInvention Analysis method of cairo micron
abstract Since quantification of cairomicron (CM) is one of important information for grasping the pathology of patients with dyslipidemia, a simple and accurate analysis method for quantifying CM is provided. Since the density of CM is slightly smaller than that of water and floats when left unattended, it is necessary to stir the sample before analyzing it for accurate CM quantification. There was a problem that caused protein degradation. Therefore, the sample can be accurately separated by stirring by suction or discharge with a needle or nozzle so as not to cause degradation of lipoproteins before sampling and analysis, and so that CM is mixed uniformly. And quantification was possible. The linear speed of suction and discharge is preferably 6000 cm / min or less. [Selection] Figure 2
