Rubber composition and studless tire using the same |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To develop a rubber composition that balances low heat buildup / abrasion resistance / on-ice performance, which is effective for a low fuel consumption oriented studless tire. SOLUTION: (A) (i) A viscosity stabilizer is contained in an amount of 0.001% by weight or more based on the weight of the solid natural rubber, and the magnesium content is reduced to 0. Natural rubber or natural rubber / polyisoprene rubber blend 50 to 80 containing at least 20 parts by weight of a solid low-viscosity natural rubber obtained by pulse spray drying of a natural rubber latex reduced to 02% by weight or less Parts by weight and (ii) 20-50 parts by weight of polybutadiene rubber (provided that the total amount of components (i) and (ii) is 100 parts by weight) and (B) thermally expandable microcapsules, expanded graphite, crushed rubber and / or short A rubber composition containing 1 to 10 parts by weight of a fiber compounding agent and a studless tire using the rubber composition for a cap tread and / or a base tread.
