abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a flow path body with less contamination inside a flow path by preventing foreign matter from entering the flow path. SOLUTION: A flow path body 1 is provided at a portion where a base 2 in which a flow path 2a is formed and a flow path 2a and an external space are to be communicated, and at least a peripheral portion of the base 2 is continuous. And the lid 3 that can be separated from the base body 2 by applying a load, it is possible to prevent contamination inside the flow path 2a before the actual chemical reaction is performed.
