Even if a space for storing an electric device is limited, damage due to heat generation of the electric device is suppressed. The cooling structure includes a DC-DC converter 152 provided on the downstream side through the inside of a battery module assembly 110 provided on the upstream side through the air sucked from the outside of the battery pack 10. It includes a passage formed so that air is circulated along the outer periphery of the compartment to be stored and discharged to the outside of the battery pack 10, and a cooling fan that circulates the cooling medium in the passage. On the wall surface of the passage 106 adjacent to the compartment in which the DC-DC converter 152 is accommodated, an opening for communication between the space in the compartment and the passage 106 is formed.
