abstract | The present invention provides a lithographic printing plate material which is a highly sensitive photosensitive lithographic printing plate that can be used in a CTP system, can be developed with water, and can be developed on a printing press. A hydrophilic layer containing cationic inorganic fine particles is provided on a support, and further, both a quaternary base and a phenyl group to which a vinyl group is bonded via a hetero ring are side-chained. And a water-developable photosensitive lithographic printing plate material having a laminated structure having a photocurable photosensitive layer containing a polymer, a photopolymerization initiator and a compound for sensitizing the same.
