A polyamide resin liquid containing polyamide resin particles having a volume average particle diameter (D 50 ) measured by a dynamic light scattering method of 0.50 μm or more and 6.00 μm or less is used for dispersion with an organic pigment, A dispersion for coating an electrophotographic photosensitive member is produced. In addition, an electrophotographic photosensitive member is formed using the electrophotographic photosensitive member coating dispersion, and is used in a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus.
