【Task】 In a multi-component simultaneous analysis, if a column using a single packing is used, it may not be possible to obtain a sufficient separation that does not interfere with the determination of all components. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to eliminate the difficulty of separation due to the chemical properties of the column packing material in the simultaneous analysis of multiple amino acids, and to enable high-resolution and high-speed analysis. [Solution] In the simultaneous analysis of multiple amino acids, multiple columns using packings with different chemical properties are placed in series to perform analysis, making it possible to take advantage of high-separation parts based on the characteristics of each packing.
