Polishing pad manufacturing method |
abstract |
There is provided a polishing pad manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a polishing layer of a continuous sheet-like or disc-like polishing pad by a simple method without requiring a slicing step and a large number of molds. SOLUTION: A wound laminate manufacturing process for manufacturing a wound laminate in which a continuous sheet 22 and a foam-forming composition are wound and laminated, and the foam-forming composition in the wound laminate is cured. Thus, a polishing pad manufacturing method having a curing step for forming a polishing layer is provided. [Selection] Figure 1 |
