[PROBLEMS] To provide a water- and oil-repellent antifouling antireflective film having water and oil repellent antifouling property, water-repellent water resistance and durability, a method for producing the same, and a water repellent and oil repellent antifouling antireflective coating on the surface. Lenses, glass plates, glasses, optical devices using them, solar energy utilization devices, and displays. A glass plate on which a water / oil repellent / antifouling antireflection film is formed comprises water / oil / oil repellent / antifouling transparent fine particles fused to the surface of a plate-like substrate and a substrate. 5, and a film 8 of a water / oil repellent / antifouling substance covering a portion of the surface of the substrate 5 where the transparent fine particles 1 a are not fused.
