titleOfInvention | Water pressure transfer method and water pressure transfer decorative molded product |
abstract | A hydraulic transfer method capable of obtaining a sufficient activated state of a printed layer with a small amount of an activator composition and imparting high designability and design reproducibility with extremely little pattern flow, pattern cracking and pinholes to a transfer target. To provide hydraulic transfer decorative molded products. A hydraulic transfer method using a hydraulic transfer film composed of a base film and a print layer, floats on the water surface so that the base film side faces the water surface side, and transfers the print layer to the transfer object. Before or after the hydraulic transfer film is floated on the surface of the water, an activator composition is applied to the printing layer, and at least a part of the printing layer is dissolved or swollen and softened, and transferred onto the hydraulic transfer film. The activator composition has an ink solubility of 20% or more by a solubility test, and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS resin). The hydraulic transfer method containing the compound whose ABS solubility by a solubility test is 0.001-0.05g. [Selection figure] None |
