abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for evaluating a material for preventing or improving aging symptoms such as wrinkles and skin elasticity reduction, and an anti-aging cosmetic containing the material obtained by the evaluation method. DNA is amplified from decorin mRNA using an oligonucleotide having a base sequence 5'-GCCCACCTGGACACAACAC-3 'and an oligonucleotide having a base sequence 5'-GACCGGGTTGCTGAAAAGAC-3' as a primer, and the amplification product is measured to determine decorin. Cosmetics and materials are evaluated by examining gene expression. [Selection figure] None |
