abstract The present invention provides an immunoassay method that allows easy control of conditions such as contact time and contact amount between a specimen and a reagent, a substrate, and the like, and enables efficient analysis regardless of the concentration of a test substance. An analyzer having a reaction chamber 11 containing a carrier 13 to which an antigen and / or an antibody are bound is revolved with respect to a rotating shaft outside the analyzer, whereby a specimen and a reagent 12 are placed in the reaction chamber. An immunoassay method for measuring the amount of a test substance in the reaction chamber by sending a liquid, and applying two or more different centrifugal forces to the analyzer to thereby measure two or more test substances having different measurement ranges.
