abstract | A highly reliable interposer for repeated inspection is provided. An anisotropic conductive sheet 1 according to the present embodiment includes a rectangular plate-like frame plate 2 which is a base material made of a porous resin having a large number of fine holes, and a first surface 3 of the frame plate 2. A large number of through-holes 5 penetrating between the second surface 4 in the plate thickness direction and a cylindrical electrode film 6 serving as a conduction portion formed in an inner wall portion (surface region) of the through-hole 5 are provided. A rectangular annular stopper member 40 is provided in a part of the frame plate 2 excluding the cylindrical electrode film 6. The stopper member 40 is set so that the compression amount of the cylindrical electrode film 6 by the inspection member 60 is limited to 25% or less of the thickness. [Selection] Figure 2 |
