titleOfInvention | Method for producing cationic dyeable ultra fine false twisted yarn |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To be dyed with a cationic dye, having excellent mechanical properties, and having an ultra-soft texture, mainly for women's inner garments, high-density fabrics (sports garments such as ski wear), and wiping cloths (glasses wipes). The present invention provides a method for industrially and stably producing polyester extra fine false twisted yarn (single yarn fineness of 0.8 dtex or less) used in a wide range of fields such as water-absorbing towels. SOLUTION: A birefringence (Δn) obtained by high-speed spinning of a modified polyester having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 or more obtained by copolymerizing 0.1 to 6.0 mol% of a specific sulfonic acid quaternary phosphonium salt is 0.03 to 0.03. After confounding the 0.08 highly oriented polyester unstretched multifilament, it is stretched false twisted to produce a cation dyeable ultrafine false twisted yarn. [Selection] Figure 1 |
