An ion exchange filter having excellent durability and high performance of removing ion components contained in a gas, and a production method capable of easily producing the ion exchange filter. Moreover, the nonwoven fabric useful also as a reinforcement body for ion exchange membranes and a filter for liquid processing is provided. An ion-exchange filter comprising a nonwoven fabric containing fibers containing a fluorine-based ion exchange polymer, wherein the proportion of the fluorine-based ion exchange polymer is 95% by mass or more of the nonwoven fabric (100% by mass); A method for producing an ion-exchange filter produced by an electrospinning method using a spinning stock solution containing a fluorine-based ion exchange polymer and a solvent.
