titleOfInvention Molding method of seat pad
abstract When a seat pad is molded using a plurality of stock solutions having different compositions, each stock solution is prevented from being mixed with each other, and moreover, a seat pad having excellent overall integrity can be efficiently molded. A molding method is provided. A ridge 13 for forming a groove 7 of a seat pad 1 is projected from the bottom surface of a lower mold 11, and a projection 14 is projected from the ridge 13. The wire 2 is bridged on the protrusion 14 so as to fit into the recess 14a, and the partition member 9 is erected on the protrusion 13. The partition member 9 is held on the wire 2 by a sewing thread 15 or the like. Then, after supplying the urethane stock solution for low-hardness polyurethane foam to the central cavity 11a and supplying the urethane stock solution for high-hardness polyurethane foam to the side cavity 11b, the upper mold 12 is put on the lower mold 11 and the mold is clamped. Heat foam. [Selection] Figure 1
