abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve the sensitivity of quantification of dihydroxyacetone-3-phosphate, a product of TIM, using enzyme cycling method, using triose phosphate isomerase (TIM) as a labeling enzyme in enzyme immunoassay. Provides a means by which the influence of TIM in the blank reaction can be reduced and dihydroxyacetone-3-phosphate can be quantified with higher sensitivity. An anti-TIM antibody, a reagent with a reduced TIM content, an enzyme antibody immunoassay method using the reagent, and an enzyme antibody immunoassay kit. When performing enzyme cycling using TIM as the labeling enzyme in the enzyme immunoassay method, the TIM mixed in the substrate, enzyme, coenzyme, and buffer used in the enzyme cycling reaction can be removed to increase the conventional method. An enzyme immunoassay method capable of increasing sensitivity and an ultrasensitive assay method for a target protein using the enzyme immunoassay method. [Selection figure] None |
