A scintillator panel excellent in production suitability, high scintillator emission extraction efficiency, high sharpness, and low sharpness degradation between plane light receiving element surfaces, and a radiation FPD using the scintillator panel are provided. A scintillator panel sealed with a phosphor layer produced by vapor deposition on a substrate, a first protective film disposed on the phosphor layer side, and a second protective film disposed on the substrate side.
