abstract [PROBLEMS] A conventional sheet for civil engineering composed of only a petroleum-derived polymer or a biomass-derived polymer, and containing a biomass-derived polymer at least in part, is environmentally friendly, and is compared with a petroleum-derived polymer. Thus, a civil engineering sheet is provided that can compensate for the disadvantages such as abrasion resistance that biomass-derived polymers are inferior. A civil engineering sheet formed by a three-dimensional knitted fabric, wherein at least 50 mass% or more of the fibers constituting the three-dimensional knitted fabric have a core-sheath shape in cross section, and the sheath portion is derived from petroleum. A civil engineering sheet characterized by being a composite fiber formed of a general-purpose polymer and having a core formed of a polymer derived from biomass. [Selection figure] None
