titleOfInvention | Valuable metal recovery method and apparatus for raw material processing equipment |
abstract | A valuable metal recovery method and apparatus for a raw material processing apparatus capable of recovering valuable metals contained in raw materials and effectively utilizing limited resources. SOLUTION: A halogen compound is added in the middle of a downcomer 7 and reacted with a fuel (raw material) in a gasification furnace 2, and a high boiling point compound of valuable metals contained in the fuel (raw material) is converted into a halogen having a low boiling point in a combustion furnace 5. The halogenated salt addition means 15 that increases the transition rate to the combustion exhaust gas (high temperature gas) side by converting into a salt, and the halogenated salt from the combustion exhaust gas (high temperature gas) from which the fluidized medium is separated by the medium separator 8 Dust separation means 16 for separation and recovery.
