titleOfInvention Rubber composition for belt, power transmission belt and toothed belt
abstract A rubber composition for a belt having excellent adhesiveness, a power transmission belt, and a toothed belt are provided. The rubber composition for a belt includes an adhesive layer between the rubber and the core wire, and an adhesive layer between the rubber and the canvas in a power transmission belt having rubber, a core wire, and a canvas. Used in the formation of either or both of the following: a composite polymer obtained by blending a hydrogenated nitrile rubber and an unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt in a mass ratio of 20:80 to 70:30, and a hydrogenated nitrile rubber in mass 0.1 to 8 parts by mass of an organic peroxide and NN′-m— used as a co-crosslinking agent with respect to 100 parts by mass of a compound formulated so as to have a ratio of 10:90 to 60:40. It mix | blends 0.5-8 mass parts of phenylene dimaleimides. Further, the power transmission belt has an adhesive layer using the belt rubber composition. Furthermore, the toothed belt has an adhesive layer and a back portion using the rubber composition for a belt. [Selection] Figure 1
