(2) 0.1 to 0.9 weight of inorganic particles having a particle diameter of 0.01 to 1.5 μm and an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.7 μm based on the weight of the polyamic acid. %. A polyimide film is subjected to a heat treatment while maintaining a constant tension in the length direction of the film, and a discharge treatment in sequence, and the surface free energy measured based on the contact angle method is 80 mN / m or more at 200 ° C. for 1 hour.
