titleOfInvention Branched biodegradable polyester and method for producing the same
abstract The present invention provides a biodegradable material that has improved the hard and brittle nature that is a problem of polylactic acid and that can be supplied safely and stably. The present invention also provides a medical material such as a tissue regeneration scaffold material including the biodegradable material described above. A branched biodegradable polyester having polyglycerin as a main chain and having a polyester chain as a side chain via a hydroxyl group of the polyglycerin, specifically, a general formula (A): (In the formula, R independently represents a hydrogen atom or a polyester chain, 50% or more of R is a polyester chain, and n represents 2 to 20.) It is related with the branched type biodegradable polyester represented by these. [Selection] Figure 3
