abstract The present invention provides an efficient seedling raising method for cypress plants using a micropropagation technique. A stem apex tissue piece of a genus Vaccinium plant is placed on a plant growth regulator-added medium and cultured in a sealed state to obtain multi-buds. The obtained polyblasts are propagated and made into healthy seedlings under aseptic or sterilization while controlling the ventilation of the container from an airtight state to an open state. A fixed length of cuttings is collected from the shoots that have become healthy seedlings, transplanted to a cell tray, and rooting is induced in a culture room environment. Rooted seedlings will acclimatize in full open air. In the present invention, basically, the plant is transferred to an aseptic or sterilized open environment at a later stage of the multi-bud proliferation process to make a healthy seedling. As a result, the efficiency up to the root induction process and the growth of healthy seedlings are planned, and the transition to the rooting and acclimatization process is facilitated.
