titleOfInvention | Method for producing polylactic acid-based foamed molded article |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polylactic acid-based foamed molded article that can improve the in-mold moldability of polylactic acid-based foamed particles without cost demerits and productivity reduction. SOLUTION: Polylactic acid resin particles are impregnated with a hydrocarbon foaming agent having 3 to 6 carbon atoms to obtain polylactic acid foamable particles, and the polylactic acid foamable particles are foamed to produce polylactic acid foamed particles. According to a method for improving moldability during the production of a polylactic acid-based foamed molded article, characterized in that carbon dioxide-containing polylactic acid-based foamed particles obtained by imparting carbon dioxide to the polylactic acid-based foamed particles are molded in-mold. Manufacturing a polylactic acid-based foamed molded article. [Selection figure] None |
