Immunoglobulin affinity ligand |
abstract |
【Task】 An object of the present invention is to provide a carrier for affinity chromatography of immunoglobulin that has high immunoglobulin binding ability and chemical stability and can be produced at low cost. [Solution] The number of lysine residues present on the protein surface of helix 1 and helix 2 which are immunoglobulin binding regions is reduced as much as possible, and the number of lysine residues on helix 3 and the surrounding protein surface is increased as much as possible. As an affinity ligand of an affinity chromatography carrier, an amino acid substitution, an amino acid substitution that increases the number of lysine residues, and an amino acid substitution that eliminates an aspartic acid-proline sequence, or a multimer thereof, are used. Use. [Selection figure] None |
