titleOfInvention Hepatitis treatment agent
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a safe and powerful therapeutic agent for hepatitis that has a clear and effective mechanism of action and has no risk of carcinogenicity. A therapeutic agent for hepatitis comprising a platelet production promoting substance as an active ingredient. The platelet production promoting substance may be any substance as long as it has an action of increasing the number of platelets in blood. For example, thrombopoietin, a product produced by genetic engineering thereof, or a natural product may be used. Examples thereof include a chemically modified derivative (PEG-rHuMGDF) having an enhanced biological activity. [Selection] Figure 2
