abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a surface sheet manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus capable of mass-producing a surface sheet to be attached to a display surface of an image display device and reducing the manufacturing cost. A surface sheet to be attached to a display surface of an image display device is formed by laminating an impact absorption layer and an impact diffusion layer. The manufacturing apparatus 30 for manufacturing the surface sheet forms a band-shaped recess 34 on one surface of the base sheet 33 that becomes the impact diffusion layer, and the material of the impact absorption layer is poured into the recess 34 to be cured. A laminated sheet 39 in which layers are laminated is formed, and is formed into a rectangular sheet by the first and second cutting mechanisms 42 and 43. [Selection] Figure 5 |
