abstract An object of the present invention is to apply a simple procedure to a subject without using a tab. An electrode body comprising a substrate, an electrode portion, a gel layer, and a nonwoven fabric is used for measuring biological information of a subject. An affixing portion defined by the lower surface of the gel layer 130 and the lower surface of the nonwoven fabric 140 is provided on the electrode body, and the electrode body is affixed to the body of the subject. Separator 150 includes a covering region 151 that covers the pasting portion, a non-covering region 152 that extends from the covering region, and a cut portion 153 that is cut from the peripheral portion of the non-covering region 152 toward the covering region 151. .
