Non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery current collector, non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery electrode and method for producing the same, and non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery |
abstract |
An electrode for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having high discharge capacity, high charge / discharge efficiency, excellent cycle characteristics, and low cost, and a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the electrode are provided. A metal foil having at least a surface average crystal grain size Cpd value and a Cp value of 0.2 to 1.0 is etched, and an average surface roughness Ra of irregularities formed on the surface is determined. The collector for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries which is 0.20-0.55 micrometer. An electrode for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which an active material capable of inserting and extracting lithium is formed on the current collector. As a current collector, a metal foil having at least a surface average crystal grain size Cpd value and a Cp value of 0.2 to 1.0 is chemically etched to an average surface roughness Ra of 0.20 to 0.55 μm. The manufacturing method of the electrode for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries provided with the process and the process of carrying out the vapor phase growth of the active material on this electrical power collector. A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using this electrode. [Selection] Figure 1 |
