titleOfInvention | Radiation or UV measurement method |
abstract | The present invention provides a simple method for measuring radiation or ultraviolet rays such as radiation and electromagnetic waves, which can identify the type of the radiation or ultraviolet rays, and a composition and kit therefor. It is an object of the invention. The object is to: (a) a step of exposing a cell to radiation or ultraviolet light; (b) a step of measuring the amount of ATP in the exposed cell; and (c) a radiation from the measured ATP value. Alternatively, it has been solved by providing a method comprising the step of determining the amount of ultraviolet light. Further, the above-described problem is obtained by (a) exposing a cell population to radiation or ultraviolet rays; (b) measuring the number of viable cells in the exposed cell population; and (c) from the number of viable cells. It has also been solved by providing a method comprising the step of determining the amount of radiation or ultraviolet radiation. Compositions and kits for use in these methods are also provided by the present invention. [Selection figure] None |
