abstract | Provided is a forced exhaust device that can easily and efficiently remove and clean the collected oil even if it is left for a long period of time and does not require maintenance labor and cost. An oil collecting means 5 is provided between an air blowing means 8 and a suction port 3, and when an oil detecting means 23 detects oil, an oxidation preventing means 24 prevents oxidation of the collected oil. Then, by discharging the enzyme holding means 29a from the liquid feed tube opening 14 arranged on the upper part of the oil collecting means 5, the oil adhering to the oil collecting means 5 is removed and washed. The removed oil is decomposed in the cleaning liquid reservoir 15 by the enzyme holding means 29a, further completely decomposed by the photolysis means 18a, and discarded in the cleaning liquid disposal tank 19.
