titleOfInvention Resin composite material and molded product using the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a resin composite material that achieves sufficient strength while using plant fiber as a reinforcing agent. A plant fiber surface-treated with a silanol condensate is dispersed and blended in a resin. In particular, the raw material of the silanol condensate is a silane coupling agent selected from at least one of vinyl, epoxy, amino and isocyanate, or a tetraalkoxy selected from at least one of tetraethoxysilane and tetramethoxysilane. Silane, the average fiber diameter of the plant fiber is 10 nm to 1 μm, and the resin is a thermoplastic resin. Here, the addition amount with respect to the vegetable fiber of the raw material of a silanol condensate is 0.1-10 wt%. The resin composite material is molded into a resin composite material molded product. [Selection figure] None
