The present invention provides a readily and readily available system for patients suffering from major (acute or chronic) tissue injury using minimal time requirements and as little surgical intervention as possible. A method of preparing a composition for wound healing and mammalian tissue repair and regeneration, the method comprising the steps of: a. Providing a substantially pure form of plasmid DNA encoding a gene having a positive effect during the regeneration of the tissue; b. Providing a self-curable biopolymer component; and c. Providing a cell suspension having cells that promote regeneration, wherein components (a), (b), and (c) include the plasmid and the cell suspension in one of the biopolymers. A method characterized by being incubated with each other simultaneously or sequentially so as to be obtained in a homogeneous distribution. [Selection figure] None |
