abstract | Disclosed is a water-in-oil emulsion composition having excellent emulsification stability and less stickiness using a hydrophobic powder usually used in cosmetics. SOLUTION: (a) 1 to 40% by mass of a powder component not dispersed in water, (b) polyethylene glycol having an average EO chain length of 10 or more and a compound represented by the following general formula (1) One or two or more kinds are mixed in a total amount of 0.001 to 10% by mass, (c) an oil phase component, and (d) an aqueous phase component. R 1 O - [(AO) m (EO) n] -R 2 ... (1) (AO is an oxyalkylene group having 3 to 4 carbon atoms, 1 ≦ m ≦ 70, 1 ≦ n ≦ 70, the ratio of the EO group to the total of AO and EO is 20 to 80% by mass, and R 1 and R 2 are the number of carbon atoms. (The ratio of the number of hydrogen atoms to the number of hydrocarbon groups of 1 to 4 or hydrogen atoms and R 1 and R 2 is 0.15 or less.) [Selection figure] None |
