abstract | An artificial marble having a sufficient product strength and a sufficient heat insulating function and a method for producing the same are provided. The SMC or BMC is placed in the mold 1 and compression molded, and then the SMC or BMC obtained in the mold 1 with the injection space 10 provided in the mold 1 is molded. The foam resin composition is poured into the injection space 10 and cast molding is performed to obtain a laminate in which the foam resin layer and the SMC or BMC molded product are integrated. Thereafter, the laminate is placed in the mold 1 with the injection space 10 provided in the mold 1, the artificial marble resin composition is injected into the injection space 10, and cast molding is performed. An artificial marble is obtained in which a marble molded product, an SMC or BMC molded product, and a foam resin layer are integrally laminated. [Selection] Figure 1 |
