abstract Deterioration of leakage current characteristics is reduced. In order to achieve this object, the present invention comprises an anode part 4 and a cathode part 5 in which a flat plate-like anode body 2 made of a valve metal is divided by an insulator part 3, and a cathode part 5 is provided. The dielectric oxide film layer 6, the solid electrolyte layer 7, and the cathode layer 8 are sequentially formed on the surface of the anode body 2, and the exposed portion 9 of the solid electrolyte layer 7 is provided between the insulator portion 3 and the cathode layer 8. A solid electrolytic capacitor comprising a capacitor element 1 and an exterior resin 14 covering the capacitor element 1, wherein a plurality of capacitor elements 1 are stacked with the exposed portions 9 facing each other, and the exposed exposed portions 9 are joined together. The insulating reinforcing resin portion 11 is provided. Thereby, the deformation | transformation of the exposed part 9 at the time of forming exterior resin 14 can be prevented, and deterioration of a leakage current characteristic can be reduced.
