titleOfInvention | Bearing device |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To improve the resistance of a cover to low water absorption and calcium chloride in a bearing device including a resin cover blended with glass fiber so that the cover can sufficiently withstand use in a snowy region, and the occurrence of sink marks. And suppress the decrease in dimensional accuracy. An outer ring equivalent member having an outer ring raceway on an inner peripheral surface and not rotating during use, and an inner ring equivalent member having an inner ring raceway on an outer peripheral surface facing the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring equivalent member and rotating during use. A plurality of rolling elements provided between the outer ring raceway and the inner ring raceway so as to freely roll, a rotation detection encoder fixed to the inner ring equivalent member, and a composite fixed to the outer ring opening. In a bearing device including a resin cover, the synthetic resin cover contains at least a low water-absorbing resin in a proportion of 45 to 80 mass% and a glass fiber having a deformed cross section in a proportion of 20 to 55 mass%. A bearing device. [Selection] Figure 1 |
