abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soy milk containing EPA and / or DHA at a high concentration as a therapeutic or preventive agent for hyperlipidemia. SOLUTION: A soy milk having a soy milk solid content of 3% or more is added with purified fish oil containing 28% or more of EPA in an amount exceeding 25% with respect to the soy protein of the soy milk. A therapeutic or preventive agent for hyperlipidemia comprising 300 to 900 mg of EPA in a container having a capacity of 300 to 720 mg / 100 ml and containing 300 to 900 mg of EPA, and continuously ingested. The soy milk is any soy milk selected from prepared soy milk, soy milk drink, acidic soy milk, and tofu obtained by coagulating soy milk.
