abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a foam molding method in which the occurrence of air accumulation is prevented, and a vehicle seat pad having an insert formed by the foam molding method. A cushion pad of a vehicle seat pad 10 includes a pad main body 20 and an insertion body 30 fitted in a recess 24 of the pad main body 20. The lower mold 40 for forming the insertion body 30 is provided with ridges 42 and 43 on one end side, and a ridge 41 is extended toward the other end side. The lower mold 40 is inclined so that the other end is positioned lower, and after supplying the urethane liquid to the liquid supply part 44, the mold is clamped and foamed. [Selection] Figure 8
