abstract | A method of manufacturing an information display panel that does not generate cells that are not filled with a display medium causing image quality degradation is provided. A display medium filling step of filling a display medium into a cell is carried by a display medium charge supply step for charging the display medium to supply the charge, a display medium charge carrying step for carrying a charged display medium, and a display medium charge carrying step. A display medium arranging step for arranging display media based on an electrostatic latent image, and a display medium transfer filling step for transferring and filling the arranged display media into a cell. A display medium charge supply roller is provided in the display medium supply device used in the charge supply process, and the display medium remaining on the display medium charge carrying roller is collected without being transferred from the display medium charge carrying process to the display medium arranging process.
