abstract |
A highly sensitive immunochromatographic method using colloidal gold particles is provided. A solution containing a test substance and a labeling substance modified with a first antibody against the test substance is developed on a porous carrier, and a reaction on the porous carrier having a second antibody against the test substance. In an immunochromatography method in which the test substance and the labeling substance are captured at a site to detect the test substance, a solution containing the test substance and the labeling substance has a horizontal development speed of 1.0 mm / sec on the porous carrier.
