abstract A resin composite material having excellent thermal conductivity is provided. A resin composite material in which a filler is dispersed in a resin material. As the filler, a coating filler 3 having a base material 31 made of an inorganic filler having an average aspect ratio of 20 or more and a film 32 made of ceramics covering the surface thereof is used. Preferably, the inorganic filler is a natural mineral, glass fiber, glass wool, whisker, metal fiber, carbon nanotube, or carbon fiber. Preferably, the ceramic is made of one or more inorganic compounds or silicate glass selected from aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, boron nitride, aluminum nitride, and silicon nitride.
