titleOfInvention | Method of forming compound with indole structure formed by catalytic reaction and its application in anticancer agent |
abstract | Provided is a method of a compound having an indole structure formed by a catalytic reaction and its application in an anticancer agent. SOLUTION: The above catalytic reaction includes at least one Lewis acid as a catalyst, and reacts with an α, β unsaturated ketone and indole or a derivative thereof, or the catalyst α, β unsaturated. Reacts with aldehyde and indole or its derivatives. The Lewis acid includes one of the following groups: metal haloid, halogen, inorganic ammonium chloride, and organic sulfuric acid (salt). The present invention also shows the application of compounds having a 3-indole structure in anticancer agents. [Selection] Figure 1 |
